Eagles headed to third round of playoffs

The football team continues to achieve success in the post season as they soared past the Mission Valley Vikings 48-20 to claim a Bi-District championship.
Because of the win on Tuesday, the Eagles now play on Sat., Nov. 5 against the Rock Creek Mustangs. Silver Lake and Rock Creek have met before in the regular season, Rock Creek coming out on top.
This regional championship game will be held at 7 p.m. at Rock Creek High School. A pep club bus for high school students will leave at 5:30 p.m. from the high school parking lot.
If Silver Lake wins Saturday night, they will advance to sectional play which will be held Fri., Nov. 12 or Sat., Nov. 13.
