Inclement weather pushes performances back
Play slated for Feb. 20

The icy weather experienced by Topeka and its surrounding areas not only resulted in six snow days for USD 372 faculty and students, but it also pushed back the spring play performance.
Due to the fact that spring play practice began two weeks late, the spring play performance has been rescheduled for Sunday, Feb. 20 at 2 p.m. in the high school Peforming Arts Center. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
The directors for the play are Mary Larson, English teacher, and Kristin Herndon, art teacher.
Larson said the plays are “Sherlock Holmes Great Grandson Goes to Hollywood” and “The Last of Sherlock Holmes.” The cast consists of 36 members.
The directors have announced the cast. Actors are as follows:
