The 2004-2005 Silver Lake High School yearbooks are available in the office for those students who purchased one last year.

Students who did not purchase a yearbook last year but would like to buy one may contact journalism teacher Jamie Manhart at 582-4639. Those yearbooks cost $36, and, according to Manhart, there is a limited supply of extras.

Senior Photo Editor Lauren Cunningham commented that the yearbook is irreplaceable.

“The yearbook from last year is so unique. If you look at the yearbooks from previous years, nothing compares to this one. Some of the photography in the yearbook was amazing and really contributed to the uniqueness of it,” Cunningham said.

Manhart said highlight and graduation videos from 2004-2005 are also available in the office. The highlight video is an hour and a half and includes 22 scenes including sports, Homecoming, prom and after-prom, and class videos. Highlight videos cost $12.

The graduation video includes video footage from the ceremony plus the senior video shown during graduation. The graduation video costs $6.

Manhart explained that all of the productions have received rave reviews.

“We have received many compliments that this yearbook and the videos are the best we’ve produced. I tend to agree. The students worked really hard last year, and it shows in their products,” Manhart said.
