Members Present: Cindy Hawkins, Cheri Corwin, Cindy Hill, Susan Runyan, Clint Wichman, and Sam Grant. Absent: Brad Bryant
Others present: Dr. Steve Pegram, Superintendent.
Call to order: Mr. Grant opened the special meeting 9:02 a.m.
Welcome Guests: Mr. Grant welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Approval of Agenda: Motion made by Hawkins to approve agenda and seconded by Hill.

(KASB Workshop with Mr. Tom Krebs: Discussion on boardsmanship. Runyan made a motion to appoint Mr. Krebs as acting clerk with Hill seconding. 6-0
Adjournment: At 11:00 a.m. Corwin made the motion to adjourn the meeting with Wichman making the second. 6-0
