After Prom committee holding Texas Hold'em tournament

The After Prom committee is holding a Texas Hold'em tournament Friday, February 22 in order to raise funds for the Junior- Senior after prom. It will be at the Silver Lake Senior Center from 7:00- 12:00 PM but pre-registration begins at 6:30. The cost will be $15.00 if you pay in advance or $20.00 at the door but a donation is appreciated. Complimentary pop and snacks will be available. No smoking or alcohol will be allowed.
There will be instructions given to the participants who have not played Texas Hold'em before the game begins. In order to participate, it is preferred that you be of high school age or older.
The prizes to the winners will be a 19" LCD TV, a Weber tailgate charcoal grill, 2 SLHS stadium seats, 2 $50 Harley Davidson gift certificates, as well as many other giveaways and raffles throughout the night.
