Mrs. Michael, Mrs. Musselman and Mrs. Dick entered their name in the $100 Classroom Drawing for the semester for attending the March meeting.

Mrs. Michael noted that the paper slicer on the back of the Laminator was broken. Maintenance will look at it first to see if they can fix it. If it can’t be fixed by maintenance then we will have to call the company. The warranty has already expired so it will cost to be fixed.

Tonia Schuckman discussed that the executive board had decided between meetings to have the teachers’ Scissors and Paper Cutters Sharpened if they so wished to participate. Total spent = $57.50

Tonia Schuckman discussed the upcoming Carnival asking for volunteer runners for the evening due to a few canceling out due to baseball games. We have received donations to help pay for the inflatables from: Credit Unions United, Paragon Investments, Interactive Physical Therapy, The Diamond House, Maldonado Motors, Hogle Plumbing, Advisor’s Excel and Wooster Construction. Jenni Miller brought in a variety of donations that she has received from various businesses. Duke Kisner brought in a donation of toothbrushes for prizes.

Lori Hogle discussed the Carnival Concession food items and prices. Pizza, nachos, popcorn, pop and candy will be sold. Voted and approved to keep all prices the same as last year. Wehner’s will donate some pop, but will need a total of 650 cans. Tatum Wende is looking into getting chips donated and possibly having Chester Cheetah attend.

Anne Baird discussed the Carnival Inflatables. The deposit to rent will be $400.00. Discussed and approved to eliminate the bounce house and replace it with a jousting inflatable. We will still have the double slide, obstacle course and triple play like last year.

Lori Klein discussed the amount of Donations received for the Carnival. We currently have received 61 stuffed animals, over 100 McDonald toys, 4 books and 7 miscellaneous items.

Joei Dasher discussed the Pre-buy Ticket Sales. We currently have sold $315.00 with 20 families taking advantage of the discount.

Julie McDaniel reported that the Parent Volunteer Sign-up Sheet for the carnival games was going well.

Voted and approved to have the 4H set up a Petting Zoo at the carnival.
