Special Meeting
April 28, 2008
6:00 pm
Members Present: Susan Runyan, Cindy Hill, Cindy Hawkins, Ron Yoder, Sam Grant, Clint Wichman and Randy Matzke present.
Others Present: Lori Campbell, Board Clerk, Dr. Freeman, Superintendent, Deb Howser, Jim Lindstrom, Larry Winter, Brett Hamilton and community members.
Call to Order: Runyan called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.
The BOE heard comments from Brett Hamilton and community members.
A1 Football Bleacher Contract –
After listening to facts presented by Brett Hamilton and hearing input from the community, the BOE took no action and will continue with the contract in force with Heartland Seating to install aluminum seating at the football field home bleachers.
Meeting adjourned at 7:05 pm. Grant made the motion to adjourn, Hawkins with the second. 7-0
