District invites community to open house

Silver Lake Junior/Senior High School will host an open house on Feb. 16 beginning at 7 p.m. Larry Winter, principal, said the administration decided to have an open house to give the community an opportunity to see the new additions completed.
Winter also said that there are tentative plans to have a brief program in the Performing Arts Center to kick off the open house. The program will include speakers from the construction company, the architectural company, and a school board member. Everyone is invited to check out the new additions to the junior and senior high school.
